Added 2023-07-25 13:11:48 +0000 UTCI mentioned this over on Instagram but I never would have expected that the Barbie movie of all things would end up being one of my favorites of the year, but I was truly surprised by Great Gerwig’s ability to turn what would have easily been a toy commercial into something heartfelt and artful. I had to do a drawing of Margot Robbie as Barbie!
