Also, for some reason they wanted to make it a combination Nursing Home/Souplantation, like the cafeteria for the residents would just be a souplantation basically. Idfk

It was exactly what it sounds like; Panera Mac and cheese between 2 slices of bread like a weird grilled cheese. It was okay. Not worth the price it had though as it was more expensive than getting a Panera grilled cheese.
