"Cheat" Day

Hey guys! As part of bein part of my Kobold Encouragers, ya'll get exclusive access to this kind of stuff that i'll be posting in the future, random updates and ideas and chatty things I'll randomly do heh

So today i've determined will be a "cheat day" for myself. Whats that mean when im normally being a hog constantly gorging himself? Well first off, my daily calorie goal is near 4000, and i've been reliably hitting that target for the past few days. But! Im also a guy that wants to take care of his body, so that when my belly is massively gigantic I can actually really enjoy it while being as healthy as i can. So today is a "cheat day" where i dont focus on my calorie goal, eat lighter and healthier things like chicken and veggies and stuff, but i also don't have my secret belly-bomb shake that's shown up in the past couple videos/posts on occasion. (Its secret cuz it'll be a while before i reveal anything about it ;3)

So yes! While i am a gainer, im an *active* one as well. I go to the gym Tuesdays and Thursdays, and regularly i will go up and down the 5-6 flights of stairs from the ground floor up to my room, to get regular exercise and keep my heart and cardiovascular system healthy! It's no good being fat if you get sick right? As a physiology masters student, i think i can achieve that too~

Also, now that you guys are actually allowing me to have funds to buy more things like fruits and veggies, since they're expensive as heck, got any suggestions other than the normal stuff i have? That being: carrots, applesauce, grapes, and broccoli.
