Ted Jensen did the Budokan Black Night/Red Night in 2014, no albums at the time, I think the latest Babymetal album might actually be the first studio album he did fully, I've always really liked his work on Babymetal songs, it strikes the balance a lot of fans want, a bit more raw or clear. One of the things the girls said about these early shows in Europe is what Su-metal said: there were very menacing metal guys at the front, but when they performed Doki Doki Morning they knew some of the choreography and made cute faces. 40:43 this is the biggest music TV program in Japan, the background music you hear is from B'z (I think they hold the record of most sold record in Japan of any band I believe), which is the band of Tak Matsumoto, which has the feature on the DA DA DANCE. 45:10 what is interesting, Kobametal put up a camera on each show near the sound booth, recording the show for the first couple of years Babymetal touring abroad. I think it might have been part of them better understanding crowds, Kobametal has a profession-related hobby of watching crowds and how bands can get them going, etc. I think the girls learned from that, we've seen hints of that in interviews, especially Su-metal. 50:08 it has happened people lined up the night before the show, to early for me ! I've been there at 8:00 at be first in line for Babymetal shows, it takes only 10 minutes for the next person to show up and you put numbers on your hand who was first in line, so you can go for breakfast, lunch, toilet, etc. and not loose your spot (I think this is an idea which came from U2 concerts????).. Anyway, you talk all day to people, Babymetal fans are really diverse set of people. So you can talk about anything.

I sure hope you make it out to see Babymetal sometime!! I just saw them in Baltimore this past Saturday, at an outdoor venue, in the 90 degree 100% humidity weatherβ¦. And as always, despite being absolutely drenched, Babymetal crushed it without skipping a beat! Also, Kami West solos for Metali were slightly different this time! They all added a little extra flavor. π€π¦π€π¦

Many times Iβve had the BabyMetal World Tour 2014 Apocalypse in my cart on eBay but it still remains the only Blu-Ray from BabyMetal that I donβt ownβ¦ yet;) Looking forward to the next concert.
