Getting there, one step at a time... I have to say, feels good to catch up and crunch things down one by one without the stress from the previously dysfunctional day job breathing down my neck. Getting the black hoods restocked is a major relief, and gave me plenty of opportunity to work on the mold-fixing skills. Also honestly giving me some ideas for the future... Let's braindump things one by one.

* I definitely need to upgrade the mold tech. The current ones are functional, but as you can probably guess from all my struggles, not entirely trivial to maintain or get consistent good-quality casts from.
Besides going for the previously mentioned resin hacking, I am seriously considering looking into ordering proper aluminum molds. No idea what it'd cost, but might be worth it for the ability to produce 'perfect' quality consistently. It'll have to be a project for after I've caught up though.

* I mentioned in an earlier post that I may have a ~26sqm storage area coming up. Currently just waiting for the contract to show up over mail, and we're having "dysfunctional postal system" adventures. Eh, c'est la vie, should be solved soon.
While it's not usable directly as just another room, it'd let me move out a lot from the workshop and practically speaking double the available space in it (see my terrible mspaints~). Besides being able to work on the big-rig more comfortably (no more tetris'ing, omg) I think I could squeeze in a small streaming area/photo studio... 

* ...so yeah, streaming/photoshoots/media stuff. Besides the fun of it all, I reckon it might be a good way to secure a bit of additional workshop revenue. Either directly, or indirectly via a bit of general visibility.
Some streamy stuff could be relatively easy to put into practice, like a regular slot when I do physical crafting of stuff in the workshop (and could use a bit of company anyway). Miscellaneous SFW suit hangout probably doable too. NSFW trickier.
Actually monetizing off twitch has some steep frequency requirements though, and with this flavor of content there's always the risk of platform kicking. Free OF streams might be safer? Idk, whole slew of questionmarks here. Feel free to pipe in if you've got info, ideas or experience!

* Last but not least, a bit of context to the above bits: I figured out a neat swedish tax trick that'll help fund the suit development... but for that, I have to formalize the whole thing as a firm in order to do a niche sort of "startup deductions" towards my normal day-job income. If I also formally attempt to monetize media production, I can sneak in camera gear and clothing that way too. "The best latex catsuit is one that was sponsored by the state", ey?
Tradeoff, besides more paperwork for me, is that I'd have to start charging VAT in the shop. Probably survivable? With the old goal of being able to spend more time on the suit project, I'll have to set this kind of stuff up at some point anyway. This I'm pretty keen on getting done before end-of-year simply because of tax year cutoff reasons.

So yeah, I'm using the "one thing at a time" crunch period to also catch up on the non-obvious side things and thus maybe doing "one point two things at a time". Still keeping it healthy though!
Really, really looking forward to the storage expansion because jfc the tetris'ing around the big-rig is hellish and the mspaints don't do the crampedness justice.
Mold upgrade can wait, and I'm torn on the streaming/media stuff. That's easily a slippery slope towards stress. Dunno... Experience? Tips? Thoughts?
