Life Update
Added 2023-02-14 06:59:03 +0000 UTCHey all, so I'm wanting to give you all an update on what's going on in my life right now.
Today my husband and I had to close down our restaurant. We were unable to make a profit with it and gained so much debt, that we were forced to close down. My husband put his heart and soul into this place. This was his baby. He started working there when he was a teenager, and promised that one day he would return and buy it, which he did. I, myself, have been working there for the last 7 years, working the dishwasher position and more. We've owned the business for nearly 8 years, even fought through covid. But in the end, there was no saving it.
This means we are both currently out of a job, and are desperately looking.
I will still be posting stories, but it might not be as often for a little bit. I will continue to work on posting chapters of my book as well. I'm still working on posting that additional chapter that I missed last weekend.
I am not giving up. Life is just taking a turn for us. But we will get through this. It'll just take some time. Please have patience with me.
