i’m seriously obsessed with 90s fashion (it’s not a phase, mom) and when I saw this dress/look I wanted it in my game!!! (there is literally an exact swatch too ehm) the swatches include mostly patterns so i made a preview with all of them taken in cas which you can see above. i hope you like it! as always let me know if there are any issues.
