Abortion clinics in my home city had exclusion zones around them, so clients didn't have to put up with harrassment. It's a difficult enough thing to go through without having some berk yelling at you that you're a murderer.

I used to write slash fiction & before the repeal of 'don't ask/don't tell' I also used to write gay porn for soldiers stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan (yes, really). Trying to find the write words to describe a sex scene, without it sounding like you're reading an anatomy lesson or sounding like you're reading some overwrought or overflowery bodice ripper is a lot harder than it might seem.
