A lot has happened this past week.
Of course, the new v0.1.3 has come out of early access and patch, v0.1.3b got released alongside this event.
Yesterday, patch v0.1.3c has been released. This patch features a few quality of life changes that were heavily requested by the players, such as the ability to skip phone messages and a shorter delay between the "new house" scenes.
I also completed and released the "Summer2021 Seasonal Pictures", which I hope you enjoyed. :)
While working this image-set I've learned a few new things, especially about optimizing a scene with multiple characters, which should allow me to develop content with two or more characters more easily moving forward.
Now, all my time is back to being focused towards the next update, as I feel v0.1.3c has patched all the major bugs I'm aware of, and has resolved most of the criticism v0.1.3 had received.
Work done this week:
- Worked and released patch v0.1.3b and v0.1.3c.
- Finished and released the Summer2021 Image-Set.
- Read copious amounts of feedback.
- Started work on a new scene.
The newest scene I'm working on is part of Ruca's Feelings/Respect storylines.
I don't want to reveal too much about it yet, as scenes oftentimes change significantly as they're being developed, but I can tell you it will take place at night and, as you can see from the preview, Ruca will be relaxing in front of the TV.
MC will then kindly (or not not so kindly) offer her a massage, and from there the scene will either lean towards the Feelings path or the Respect path, depending on player choice.
Anyway, I'll give a more detailed account of what happens in the scene next week, along with more previews, of course! :)
After this scene is finished, I will start development on whichever scene wins the current T2 poll for upcoming content.
