Hi all :)

I hope you've enjoyed the new update!
Development on v0.1.9 is already underway.

While you vote in the new T2 poll, I'm working on adding a few new phone messages for each of the girls.

Some development changes will take place starting with this update cycle, aimed at reducing the time between updates.
These changes will also be reflected in the Patreon tiers, which will see some new perks and slight changes.
More info on all of this below.

| A note about my lack of communication. |

Before I get into the meat of this recap, I'd first like to discuss something that many of you will have undoubtedly noticed.

My communication throughout the development of v0.1.8 hasn't been up to par, both due to the small number of recaps and my absence from Discord.

While I really, really dislike talking about my personal life, I feel like I owe an explanation to all of you on why I haven't been as present.

These past few months have been pretty rough...

At the beginning of last November, an important person in my life passed away.
This, among other things, took a heavy toll on my mind, and exacerbated some underlying issues I've been struggling with throughout the years.

I'm very much a loner, and prefer to keep to myself, even online. Talking to people just doesn't come easy to me.
After this loss, my anxiety reached a new high, and things that I found merely uncomfortable before, had now become unbearable, enough that I couldn't even manage to force myself into doing them.

In short, I didn't want to talk to anyone, as it caused me much distress to do so, and in my skewed frame of mind I wasn't able to rectify this problem.

I admit, I handled the whole situation rather poorly. Looking back, I wish I did things differently.

That said, I know I haven't been fulfilling what is rightfully expected of me, and for that I'm truly sorry.
I vow to do better this time around, and will return to the discord in the next few days.

| Changes to the development cycle. |

As I briefly mentioned in the release date announcement for v0.1.8, some things will be changing in an effort to bring updates closer together.

Firstly, I will now be aiming to release an update every ~3 months, regardless of the number of scenes featured.
Before, I was looking to feature at least 3 or 4 new scenes with each update, but as scenes have gotten longer and more complex, this makes for too much of a wait between releases.

Secondly, content will now be developed sequentially, with each scene being fully produced, written and built before moving onto the next.
Until now, I used to produce all of an update's images first, then writing all of the dialogues, fixing the images, doing post-work, etc.
This change will allow to run the beta-test alongside development.

The "ongoing" beta-test will begin much earlier in a new update's development, and will see each scene being added to the beta as soon as it's finished.
As usual, the beta-test will be available to all T3+ patrons, and the subscriber tier will be updated accordingly to include this addition.

My hope is that with these changes, updates will be pushed out following a more consistent schedule, each featuring a more uniform amount of content.

| Frequency of the recaps. |

Unfortunately, producing recaps on a weekly basis has proven to be a challenge.
I like the recaps to be fleshed out, with at least a few topics to discuss, and a varied array of previews to showcase the scene that's being worked on.

The issue with this, is that often times development boils down to producing images.
Image production for a scene can last two or three weeks, or even more in the case of Ruca's latest story scene.
During these times, it's really hard to find interesting topics to bring to a recap, other than giving an overview of the scene that's being worked on.

For this reasons, I'd like to make the recaps bi-weekly moving forward.

I do not want to lessen a perk of T2 patrons without giving something in return though, so along with this change, a new perk will be added to the second tier of subscription.

A poll will be made to pick which perk you'd like to see implemented.
I'm still coming up with ideas for it, so feel free to suggest your own in the comments! :)

All of these changes will be properly announced via a public post once they'll come into effect.

| New phone messages for the girls. |

While you all vote for the scene you'd like to see developed next, I'm adding new messages for each girl.
They'll take advantage of the system added in v0.1.7, where the girls will spontaneously text you, and will of course come with pictures!

Without spoiling too much, the messages in question will go along these lines:

Angie will text MC from the park, to show him what a beautiful day it is. She will then accidentally text MC the wrong picture, which just so happens to be a sexy one!

Tiffany will text MC, willing to sell some new pictures she took of Charlee while she was changing. One of the pictures will also reveal that MC isn't the only one to enjoy the sight of Charlee.

MC will also be able to ask for pictures of Tiffany herself, and she'll be happy to oblige... for the right price, of course.

Ruca will text MC as she's stuck in traffic, too overcome with lust to keep her hands on the steering wheel. MC will also have the option to involve a (female) stranger in the situation, if the player so chooses (not NTR).

June can be texted by MC, who will spoof his phone number to be that of the realtor, and will promtply demand more pictures of June. She will send a few, but should the requests be too outlandish, she'll stop responding.
