February schedule

Hey everyone, just a quick update.

1) Kyoshi was originally planned to be finished this Friday (yesterday), but there was a power outtage here (summer storms season, yay), and I couldn't work for a good chunk of the afternoon, so I'll be finishing her next monday instead.

2) After that we'll have Alleria Windrunner voyeur which already has most of the lineart/idea done, with the preview being posted around wednesday next week.

3) One of the pin-ups this month is "open" because there's a lot of new games releasing by the end of the month and I want to see if anything breaks the trending bubble.

4) The other pin-up of the month coming up after that will likely (again, it's not set in stone) be the 3rd OC I've talked about a few weeks ago. I got most of her concept done, a shit ton of references to what I want to do, and already have a few ideas planned. So she's in that "assembling" stage where I put all those things together to make a character.

A few general details on her:

I've been wanting to make more fantasy images (my "roots" in digital drawing was basically D&D, Ultima Online, Lord of the rings, all that MTG images), and I don't get to paint a lot of that since Iris and Maya have a modern day setting, and I don't really want to mix a "3rd wheel" in their story.

The looks: really long silky dark hair, elf ears, that nerdy/curious/clumsy look, really light skin, a bit different eyes (sort of like xal'atah eyes without the black sclera, it's hard to explain but it's a bit like gems ... don't worry, it will make sense lol ), glasses.

The theme: So for this one I wanted to play with a witch/alchemist themed character. Unecessary big books, dusty tomes, potions, that whole "cosy fantasy" look. And one thing I want to try out is "unexpected side effects" on spells/potions etc. Sort of what happens in Harry potter stories, where it can have side effects on the body and looks, so it's possible to change a few details on the character every now and then (like giving it cat ears, or fangs, or becoming a mermaid ;), or make boobs bigger, or make her tiny, etc etc).

Anyway, this is the basic idea I'm going for on this one, so I hope you guys like it!
