How long the episodes should last?

My goal is to work on patreon project full time, and I want to make at least two episode per month
but I don't think I would be able to make 2 episodes of 4 minutes
So, if I start making 3 minutes episodes, would that be okay, too much or still short
I think 2 minutes is too short so I'll be making at least 3 minutes per episode from now on.
But let me know your thoughts on this.
