Sunday Live 8pm all being well

But I will go live Sunday all being well. As well as a cold I have had really bad acid reflux again out of the blue.
So all round a poorly Jode.

2022-02-09 20:46:41 +0000 UTCI should be there π So here's how I'm currently getting through the day with my cold and bad throat - Chesty cough medication every 4 hours/ 3x Beechans Max Strength capsules every 4-6 hours/ Vick Sinex a few snorts about every 2 hours / a strepsil every hour / a few sprays of Ultra Chloraseptic Anaethetic Throat Spray every couple of hours / 3 Γ lemsips (1 morning, one afternoon, 1 bed) and vaporub for bed......... needless to say it gets me through the day but also feeling high and drowsy π€£
