Chemaxis Refinery

"What about some sort of abandoned warehouse or manufacturing plant... Nothing huge, but the sort of thing that could be repurposed by either a supervillain or by an evil Dark Side cult... Something which would make for an interesting place to have a fight in [...]"
This description got my imagination racing immediately. I think fights in factories or other industrial facilities are always cool and I like the idea of having different levels that could be used creatively in action scenes.
I decided to do a chemical refinery or power plant of sorts because they can have a lot piping and weird tanks and other such industrial structures. This map is actually partially based on a fertilizer factory I used to work in when I was 18 or 19. But, this Chemaxis industrial facility can be something else than just a mundane refinery or power plant. Who knows what weird stuff is cooked up in those tanks, or if this facility is just a front for an underground facility hiding something much more sinister.
I hope this will come in very handy for many a GM running RPGs in modern or scifi settings.
