Draft: The Troll Bridge
Added 2018-10-29 13:07:15 +0000 UTCA while ago we played D&D with my regular group and there was a random encounter. Two trolls attacked the caravan. After that session I was kind of frustrated by the fact how the trolls just appeared from nowhere, so I wanted to do a map that fits this kind of encounters.
There's a bridge and the trolls live in a cave under the bridge. The trolls ambush travelers when they are crossing the bridge by attacking from the both ends of the map at the same time. They hide in the woods (or water), waiting for the right moment.
