A Quick Update

I wanted to post you a quick update to keep you informed. I'll try to keep this brief and to the point.

Releases

The Orchard of Bones is the first release to represent the format I intend to keep from now on. It means that there will be a separate post for each reward tier including all the related rewards in one post.
In short a map release means for each tier:

* Applies to all "full releases". I might do quick map releases with fewer variants.
In addition to these releases, I will publish a public version of every full release (again, smaller map releases are something you get access to as a Patron. I might release these later somewhere, or not.)

Spin-Off Patreon Projects Discontinued - Focusing 100% on Miska's Maps Patreon

For your informatiom, after discovering the possibility to make posts for only certain tiers, and the low interest in genre specific maps in general, I decided to drop the separate spin-off Patreon projects (Miska's Sci-Fi Maps and Miska's Fantasy Maps) and put my full focus on this Patreon. I messed up. Sorry for that.

As Miska's Sci-fi and Fantasy Maps Patreon pages are being discontinued, I'm considering the possibility of adding a fantasy and sci-fi specific tiers at some point. Most likely this would be an Adventurer level tier, with both basic and premium maps, but for futuristic and fantasy-themed maps only.

At the moment I'm a bit unsure of the necessity and demand for this. I'll keep you posted, if this plan moves forward somehow. Please, let me know, if you would be interested in this sort of an option and at what tier level.

A Quick Update

Comments

Check. And no worries, I'm not going to stop making sci-fi maps. Quite the opposite, I'm trying to add focus to sci-fi and modern maps, but I'm going to keep on doing the fantasy maps too.

I would definitely be interested in the sci-fi specific tiers, as those are some of my favorite maps of yours and I'm running more of those genre games lately. Hopefully you won't discontinue them completely. There aren't many artists that do sci-fi.
