November was super busy for me. I was occupied by other cartographic work and #mapvember2019, so I got only three maps published. On the other hand, I published a big batch of black and white line art maps, and a cleaned-up PDF collection is coming out in late December to my Adventurer tier and higher-level patrons. The collection might be available later through other channels, but no solid plans for that as of yet.
This map started as an abandoned missile silo bunker, and still functions as such, but while drawing the map old Planet of the Ape movies came to my mind. In those movies, there was a human cult worshiping a nuclear missile or something like that. I thought it would be a cool premise for a map :D
When I got my hands on the new Alien RPG (highly recommended for all Alien fans out there) I felt immediately like I really need to do a map for it. As a result, I decided to do this Prometheus inspired map. It actually started as a quick ink brush experiment but turned out into a Roll20 compatible battle map
After reading the Guildmaster’s Guide to Ravnica, a setting book for Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, I wanted to draw a map of a ruined undercity block. So, I made this map with a river running through it. There is also a small boat dock that could be run by smugglers, for example. I would imagine this map works with post-apocalyptic worlds and other settings that have the concept of cities built in layers on top of each other. At least the WH40K hive cities, like Necromunda, and urban worlds, like Nar Shaddaa or Coruscant, from Star Wars come to my mind.

You can find the public versions of these maps also on my website at www.miskasmaps.com.
The Patreon exclusive map packs available to my patrons include several variants of each map in high resolution.
