Temple of the Titans (40x52)

They were the flesh and blood of gods and looked after their mortal followers and made sure that gods got their share of the riches of the world they had created. As gods grew more distant the power of the titans grew and eventually some of them claimed the place of their creators and challenged their might. Mortal creatures were divided between the followers of the titan tyrants and the gods who had returned to reclaim their world.
The War of the Titans was long and fierce. Whole continents were sunk and mountains split as the titans and the gods fought. Even after the titans fell, some of their followers kept worshiping them and praying for their return. One of these nations was the fallen goblin empire of Zef'Vael. In the deep jungles of Vaelos there are places where some goblin tribes still worship their greedy and spiteful masters.

This map is listed as both a fantasy and sci-fi map, as it can be used for both. There are actually some not-so-subtle hints to a certain sci-fi horror franchise, but this could be used as a lost temple of some dark space wizards too.
