September Plans & Map Poll

 Hi patrons,

I'm a bit late with this post, but I had to figure out some things before posting these plans and map poll. But, without further ado, here are the news. 

Planned Maps for This Month...

This month I have a couple of planned collaborations. More about the details later, but there will be both fantasy and sci-fi maps coming up. Some of these are still a bit open, but I'll let you know more when I know more. 

There are also some maps I need to make for Astraterra's upcoming sourcebook and I'm going to begin with the Iron Giant's Remnants and the map of the flying city of Port Arco. 

If I can make it, I would like to make one more sci-fi and fantasy map and this is the topic of this month's vote. Let me know what kind of maps you would like to see. You can find the poll below and these are just broad topics for now. I'll have another poll later for more specific topics.

Reward Master Posts

As some of you might have noticed, I have started to use a new release format with links to all different tier rewards. This is still a work in progress, but as soon as I have the time, I'll have four master posts: 

• Fantasy Explorer Rewards 
• Sci-Fi Explorer Rewards 
• Adventurer Rewards 
• Hero Rewards (previously Hero Archive)

Cartographers do not have a separate reward page. I'm still figuring out the details on that part, as it might be that I will discontinue this tier due to its relative unpopularity.  I'm not taking any new patrons to that tier, but current patrons will retain their benefits and I will likely send your rewards as a direct message or something. Let's see. 

New Reward: Extra Variants for Adventurers

Adventurers will get an extra variant or two depending on if there is a scene illustration or other bonus material for the map. 

New Reward: Dropbox Access for Hero and higher tiers

Previously Heros and higher tier patrons got links to TIFF files (and PSD files before that). Now, I'm going to update the Hero Archive so that it will include Dropbox links to folders containing the layered file AND the rest of the map files and any bonus content. 

Merging Sites

I wanted to ease my own work and decided to focus my releases on my Patreon page. My website, www.miskasmaps.com, will continue to exist, but more as a link hub to my social media accounts and storefronts in DrivethruRPG and Roll20, for example. 

So, now I have only one site with public releases, news, and patron-only posts.
