Dr. Pendulon's Peculiar Tower (30x40)

Recently he acquired some new strange wildsilver parts from the Explorer's Society and was studying them in his tower. Just when he was figuring out the purpose of these parts, someone or something broke into his cellar through a hidden trapdoor and stole the parts, and like that wasn't enough, now his tower is being invaded by weird creatures spawning from the cellar!
The Explorer's Society has hired you to secure dr. Pendulon's research notes from the tower and find out where these critters are coming from.
