The warehouse located in Coragen district's block B15 looks like a normal warehouse, but it's actually a front for more sinister and illicit operations...
Here's some ideas for your games.
The Harvesters
The harvesters gang kidnap people to harvest them of any valuable organs, blood, and implants. Typically, the gang is very picky stalking their victims and checking their health profile from hacked databases or information bought from the black market. Often the gang already knows a customer for the freshly acquired "products".
The harvested organs stored in vats and transported in cryogenic pods inside a cargo container.
The warehouse is protected by gang enforcers, usually equipped with unhealthy amounts of metabolic and neural implants and stims.
Gemini Safehouse
The warehouse is owned – off the record, obviously – by the Gemini Medical, a trauma team business that also handles sensitive medical cases which require discretion and avoidance of police entanglement. The corporation does not ask questions and serves all customers regardless of their legal standing.
The warehouse functions as a safehouse for patients. They are treated on the spot, when possible, or put in state of suspended animation for later transport to a better equipped Gemini Medical private hospital if the trauma is too extensive to be treated on the spot.
The warehouse acts also as a base for an extraction team that picks up customers with an bulletproof van. The extraction team also protects the warehouse if needed and they are mostly trained mercenaries and often outfitted with top-of-the-line cybernetics as a standard contract benefit.
Hidden Sleeve Storage
All you know is that your customer has intercepted an egocast signal that is transmitting the ego of the target to a warehouse. Apparently the warehouse might be a front for an hidden resleeving facility. Get there fast and capture the target ego unharmed (the target's cortical stack also suffices, if the egocasting and resleeving has already occurred).
Resistance is to be expected if these assumptions are correct. Also, it's very likely that military grade morphs can be encountered.
Monster Vats
Hasan Naga is a genetic engineer who designs monstrous morphs for underground cage fights and organizes fights. According to your customer, Mr. Livingston, Hasan cheated in a recent fight and defeated your customer's fighter with subterfuge. Not surprisingly, Hasan's netrunner M-Lo, would not leave a trace of any tampering. Still, Mr. Livingston is confident that the fight was not fair and wants his payback.
You have two options. If your team is able, you can break into Hasan's morph vault and infect it with a neural blocker that will make the beast lose its next fight for certain. Another option is to destroy the morph by any means necessary so it will not fight another match. Mr. Livingston would prefer the first option and is willing to pay double the normal fee for the enjoyment of seeing Hasan's beast been torn apart in front of them.
It's likely that Hasan will have some security morphs of their own design protecting the warehouse. M-Lo might also have some ICE protecting the network and drones guarding the perimeter.
Dangerous Aliens
The warehouse is a secret storage facility for highly dangerous aliens smuggled from off-world colonies by the syndicate. These creatures are stored in suspended animation and sold in the black market.
The specimens arrived in the last shipment are highly dangerous and your customer wants them captured or destroyed. If your customer won't get them, no one will.
It's likely that the syndicate understands the value of these specimens and has upgraded the warehouse security with a team of mercenaries. Unfortunately this mercenary team is a group of fanatics and buying them off is not an option.
