News & Patrons-Only Survey

I'm sorry for the recent silence. I've been working hard on some new stuff to get things moving and this has taken a lot of my time and energy.

So, what's happening?

Miska's Maps Team is Growing!

First of all my wife, Marianne,  has started making new map props, mostly modern and 1920s, stuff for now. I'll release the asset packs shortly. I'm sure there will be all kinds of small props to decorate your maps.

Also, a friend of mine, Samuli,  has started working on some maps. For now, he's doing maps for Mythos Maps, but it's not out of the question that he would do some sci-fi or cyberpunk stuff too at some point.

For the past two weeks, I've been looking for an assistant to help me with miscellaneous stuff. Luckily, I found someone and she is starting to work on a "map ledger" next week. This will be a comprehensive list of my map releases with relevant links and notes/tags.

Lastly, I have someone working on a major website update and the thumbnail gallery is finally moving forward. The plan is to have a filter system so you can easily filter the maps by genre and some tags. There will be more updates later, but the map gallery is our first priority.

New Patrons-Only Survey

Take the survey here

Miska's Maps has been around for five years now and a lot has happened since. Even during the last year or two, there's been a lot of big changes. I've started making map assets and Foundry VTT modules, focus on sci-fi and cyberpunk has increased, maps are now designed for virtual tabletop use, all maps are color maps, just to mention a few things.

To focus on things that matter to you and help you in prepping your game sessions and save some time, I would appreciate it if you could answer this series of questions directed specifically for Miska's Maps' patrons, like yourself.

I will not use these for anything else but my own use and once I have extracted all relevant anonymous information, I will delete the survey and the responses.

I will keep this survey open until October 24th, 2021.

Thank you!

Thank you very much for the replies to the survey so far. This has been very helpful. I have been able to confirm some of my assumptions and there have been a few surprises as well.
