New Assets: Shake & Bake Colony, Ornithopter, and Transparent Holograms

Some new assets are added to the collection.
Shake & Bake Colony assets include a set of buildings and structures that can be used to build your own small terraforming colony or science outpost.
Ornithopter is a single-vehicle asset but comes with open wings for airborne mode and closed wings for landed mode. This will come later with an interior also, and I'm experimenting with some animation tools so I could have the wings animated for flying.
Lastly, there's a pack of transparent holograms. These are the same holograms I published earlier, but I had a wish to make them transparent. So, these are variants with 75% opacity which gives them the translucent feel, but still will not blur too much together with the background.
