Tier Updates: PNG assets now open for all $5+ tiers

As I've started using Dungeondraft more prominently for making maps, I've decided to even out the rewards a bit so that the normal PNG asset packs and unpropped map variants are now available to all patrons with a monthly pledge of $5 and above.
Forgemasters and higher tiers will continue to get more regular Dungeondraft asset pack updates than previously, and Starlords will have access to the editable Dungeondraft map files of all my future releases whenever available.
