2024-09-30 22:27:21 +0000 UTCI always thought this was one of the better post-"classic" era/pre-Dil episodes of Rugrats. Even as a young kid - I was 8-9 when I first saw this episode - I remember picking up on the discussions the episode was having (particularly Clan of the Duck) and kind of agreeing with Phil regarding people wearing what they want.
