I watched a lot of All That as a kid/teenager and let me tell you that as a Swedish person, All That is nigh incomprehensible to someone who isn't familiar with either Nickelodeon's history or American pop culture. It truly doesn't translate across the pond and that has less to do with the language barrier and everything to do with the fact that non-American kids don't have enough exposure to either SNL or things like You Can't Do That On Television. That's kind of why I love Nick Knacks so much. Until I learned about You Can't Do That On Television or Double Dare, All That was just a really obnoxious, barely funny show where kids get dunked with fake puke half of the run time. So I can't put into words how hyped I am for the day we get to the All That episode. I must know the context and history!
