I still don't feel we know Kazuha well, but I think that might be information. I don't believe it's that she is just shy and unwilling to show more of herself, she seems unsure of who she truly is as an artist. Given her rushed start it makes sense that she is still transitioning from a ballet performer to this type of stardom and will unveil in her time.
Yujin is the opposite, she has such a sense of who she is as a person, an idol, a member, etc. Of course, she will continue to develop but we already see much of her that we can relate or connect with.
