Nose Ghost is a team player. He does a great job and uses his ghostly powers to possess Big Executive. Big Executive (Nose Ghost’s Version) uses their executive authority to greenlight your video game! Hooray!

Three years pass by. Nose Ghost continues to possess Big Executive this entire stretch, so he’s unable to do his original task of composing music and coding help will never come. Over time, the development team balloons. You’re putting out fires all over the place, just trying to keep this game on track. You and Bingo Nights are close confidants throughout the entire process. Sometimes you feel like your dog friend is the only person you can trust.

Somehow, in what feels like a miracle or maybe a slog through the mud in a gunfight or some other metaphor that makes more sense, the game becomes finished. Or at least a version of finished. There aren’t many bugs. You’re overjoyed. The game is cleared for release and Big Executive (Nose Ghost’s Version) fights for a marketing budget that will be the largest in gaming history. The public will know about your game. Whether they like it is up to them. With everything coming to fruition, you are nervous.

Finally, embargo day is upon you. The game releases in three days, but reviews will begin pouring in at 7pm. It’s 6:30pm. You sit across your desk from Bingo Nights, just noodling on the internet, trying to waste time.

‘Hey.’ You look over to the dog in the desk chair. ‘We’ve done a good job. I’m proud of our work. It’s easy to forget in all this madness that everything we’ve accomplished started as a dream. A beautiful moment heisting a shoe warehouse, dog and carrot side by side.’

You think about your journey as well. You’re proud, and grateful to have a friend like Bingo.

‘Guess reviews will be coming out, huh? Should we go ignore the noise, celebrate a bit? Maybe eat a shoe or two, for old times sake?’

Bingo seems to want to spend time with you. But reviews will populate on the internet any moment now. What will you do?
