I wonder if this has anything to do with the distaste for chocolate cereals in this episode.

I needed a quick sugar boost and it was the only thing that the little cafe inside of my hotel had available (it was close to their closing time). I was reluctant at first to try them but my boyfriend insisted that they were good and that I would like them. He was correct! Now I always associate them with the grumps in my mind.

And my parents would only spring for it every now and then, so it was a rare treat to me! Then at some point, they completely changed the formula, and it looks mostly the same but it's goddamn disgusting. I wish I had never tried modern Cookie Crisp and tainted my memories of my childhood cereal. These days, I'm mostly into honey flavored cereals. Honey Graham Toasters by Malt-O-Meal is my current favorite. It's not *healthy* by any means, but it's really good.
