COSPLAY AND REWARDS UPDATE
Added 2017-06-04 22:35:41 +0000 UTCOkay guys!!! I ordered EVERYTHING I need to send out tier rewards for April and May out, last night. I'll send it out as it comes to me in the mail. xD (Waiting on prints and polaroids, so the lower tiers will be sent out first.)
June stuff will be sent out before the end of June, like it's supposed to be, I PROMISE! As far as May boudoir I'll shoot it this week (Virgin Killer Sweater Ryuko), and I'll have a poll up for June shortly. THANKS FOR BEING PATIENT EVERYONE ILY GUYS <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
COSPLAY UPDATE: I finished my Lucoa horns, so I'll shoot that cosplay soon!
It's been hard keeping up with everything since I have a psycho stalker ex-photographer who hired a lawyer to harass me for "libel." It's not libel if it's true, and I have proof/witnesses of EVERYTHING I said about him in the few posts I made. I know he doesn't have a case, but it's still stressful to be harassed like this, also I have been working my day job more than I was back in spring, I need the money in case I need to get a lawyer unfortunately. BELIEVE ME, I'd WAY rather be spending more time on cosplay and building Patreon support, but when someone is threatening to sue me, I need to focus on guaranteed income. REGARDLESS of picking up shifts, I still have free time to work on stuff for you guys, but when I'm this stressed it's REALLY HARD. I'm feeling better now after letting this off of my chest, so I'll have progress to show you guys this week while I'm waiting to receive the stuff to make your packages!

2017-06-06 07:31:15 +0000 UTCI'm not suggesting that you ignore it or fail to protect yourself, only that it's clearly causing you a lot of stress, worry, and rumination. And here's the thing about slander/libel: he has to show proof beyond reasonable doubt that your words are both false and have caused him financial harm. You've already said your words can be proven true, and from what it sounds, he wasn't charging you to begin with. Did any paid models discontinue with him as a result of your falling out?

2017-06-05 23:21:37 +0000 UTCI heard through the grapevine he FINALLY got a place. But he did indeed live in a shitty van for almost 2 years, and everyone knew about it. I'd like to wash my hands of it, but the harassment is CONTINUING. If he *does* try to sue me, I HAVE to get a lawyer.
2017-06-05 23:09:50 +0000 UTCFirst, if this gentlemen is living out of a van, I think it's a pretty fair bet that no real lawyer is going to entertain such a lawsuit. Having said that, there is something to be said for maintaining the moral high ground and conducting one's affairs with dignity and grace. You've said your piece and now may wash your hands and think of him no more. That would be the advice I would give a close friend going through a similar situation.

I had another friend who recently got taken to court by a nutjob making false claims. Thankfully the judge saw right through it and threw out the case, but it still cost her to have to deal with it. I've got my fingers crossed that all goes well for you.
