Graphics: Ukrainian Squads and French Reconnaissance Task Forces

A few new graphics. The first are of Ukrainian Mechanized Squads based on manuals from 2008 and 2016 (three graphics because each squad is a little different). This isn't to say this is current SOP, and especially the "Groups" are likely intended as situational ad hoc things becuase their descriptions even in the doctrine aren't consistent.

Second is a French Reconnaissance & Intervention SGTIA (SGTIA-RI) which is a company-sized task force designed to provide reconnaissance/scouting capabilities to French battalion task forces (GTIA) or brigades. Essentially it's a recon squadron (2 platoons, the other platoons probably reinforcing a maneuver element) reinforced by a cavalry platoon (either Leclerc or AMX-10RC depending on the brigade), VBCI or VAB infantry, engineers and artillery observers.
