I tend to go through cycles with my writing. I'll get a new piece of gear, get super inspired by it, use it all the time for a few months, and then start to plateau a bit. Then the cycle repeats.
So the other day, I picked up a new reverb plugin that accurately emulates the reverbs from SNES, PS1 and N64. I technically already had a couple forms of the SNES version, buuut the PS1/N64 reverbs were new, and came with a really great interface so it was a no brainer for me.
All the sounds I'm running through this reverb are just soo good. Just within a couple of days, I managed to get like 4 songs started. Future Bert is going to thank me for that lol.
