"Such a good lil one you are! Look at how cute you are in your little work clothes. Just so precious! And to think, not long ago you were just a stuffy old middle manager without any plans in life. I think this is much better for you. Yes, much better for you to be a happy giggly tot, what do you think?"

The man just giggled and drooled in return. Sheila Shirkenson had perfected her formula for regression and of course the first one she tested it on was her boss, who was getting in the way of the project at every turn. Ethical limitations this, and and proper protocols that. He wasn't even a scientist! He didn't understand! Well, now he didn't understand much of anything at all. She left him in his living room and made a call to 911. The paramedics would come to find the door open and the man sitting there in the living room, regressed to the level of an infant. Nobody would ever know why.

Meanwhile Sheila drove home, smiling to herself. This project was going to take off, and no small minded pencil pushers were going to get in the way.

The next day at work, the news was all over the offices. In the lab, some of her colleagues seemed distracted, and the talk around the dining hall that afternoon was abuzz over how Terrible Ted snapped and was sent to an institution.

"Guess being an asshole is more stressful than I thought..." said Thomas, her colleague from the lab. She couldn't wait to try it on him. Maybe just a drop. He was a cutie and had tried to date her in the past, but she thought he might be better as her sweet boy. Not quite in diapers, but maybe not ready for big boy undies either. The possibilities were endless, but she had to be careful. She had to bide her time. An accident in the lab could easily happen anytime - maybe a glove had a pinprick in it and a drop of the formula got through. But too many accidents, and people would start asking questions.

"Hey Thomas, listen. What happened to Ted got me thinking. I know I didn't want to jeopardize our work by getting involved but... you only live once, and I'd regret it forever if I didn't take you up on that date."

Ted was taken aback for a moment. He had been pestering her for years for a date and now finally it had paid off. He knew that women couldn't resist his charms forever. Of course she didn't have to know that she was the first one who ever said yes. He smiled, trying not to let his excitement show too much.

"Heck yes! I promise you won't regret it Sheila." He skipped back to the lab, and he couldn't wait to tell the guys about his conquest.

She just laughed and shook her head. Men. So simply minded, and so easy to manipulate. Just like that Terrible Ted who thought he was going to get into her pants last night.

In no time at all, She and Ted had moved in together, and they were a bona-fide couple. Of course she still hadn't consummated the relationship. It was not like he didn't try. Before they even unpacked, she made her move. Putting pinpricks in the gloves just as she had planned. The samples they were moving today were to be used on cells to test their rejuvinating properties. Just a small drop on his gloves and he would be rejuvinated as well. She smirked as she moved to reach past him to grab a beaker and 'accidentally' knocked his dropper causing a splash to hit their gloves.

She waited to watch the effects take place, but nothing seemed to happen. She waited a little longer, and she started getting light headed. She leaned over the work surface.

"Sheila, are you okay?"

"Ohh... I no feel so good..." She said, hearing her words come out all wrong. And then it dawned on her. The needle had pricked through two layer of gloves. As she sat herself down and looked down at her hands in horror, her boyfriend took off his gloves, rinsed himself off, and took her to the handwashing station to do the same with her.

"I fink I made a mistake," She whined "I sowwy."

"Oh dear. It's okay Sheila. Let's take you home. Everything will be okay."

Two months later, and Ted was watching his rambunctious little girl run around the house. It had been an adjustment to get used to her this way, but he had to say, being a Daddy had its own rewards. He looked back down at the letter he had received. It was official. They had wone the Nobel prize for their amazing discovery - it would change the world. Of course, she would be there to accept it with the team, but she wouldn't be giving any interviews without him present. It was already known what had happened - a tragic accident - but also proof of just how effective the formula was. She looked years younger, though of course her size had not changed.

"Hey little girl, what you got there?"

"Nuffin," she said, hiding her Daddy's keys behind his back. "Ohh, you don't want Daddy to go to work today, do you?"

"Nope!"

"Aww, that's sweet, sweetheart, but Daddy has to go, you know that. What's that? I think I hear the babysitter at the door! Go ahead and answer it! Run! Run!!"

He chuckled to himself as she ran off. Such a good little girl she was. So precious in her little girl outfit. To think that not long ago she was a scientist with a brilliant mind, but an equally vicious temper. It was much better for her to be a happy giggly tot.
