How life could change in just 24 hours. Just that morning, Jessie had been hanging out with his friends with nothing in particular to do but get high, and now he was racing to find where they had been shunted off to. He hoped the effect of the brain-melter they had smoked was temporary, but after all that he had read, he doubted it.
He pulled up to the large building in his van, parking as close to the entrance as possible in case he had to make another getaway. His heart was thundering in his chest as he looked at the imposing yet playful neoclassical facade. The words Happy Daze were spelled out in large letters, each one a playful stylized shape relating to daycare or school. A crayon here. A globe there. He might have completely passed it by a dozen times and not known it was there, but now that he was looking he saw that this was no ordinary daycare. He watched as someone parked, went in, and came out holding the hand of two twins who were clearly too old to be in diapers. Yet, there they were in their cute little rompers, a couple of oversized toddlers with oversized diaper bulges to match.
Jessie instantly sprang an erection.
"Not here. Not now… Come on…," he whined to himself. Dane was right to wonder why Jessie just happened to have a stash of diapers on hand. It was a little too convenient to be just a coincidence, and indeed it wasn't a coincidence at all. Jessie loved diapers. And as much as he hated to admit it, there was something hot about seeing all his friends pamped up, especially the ones who weren't already into it.
"Bad, Jessie. Bad," he said, chastising himself for his unwholesome thoughts. "Your friends are in trouble. Stay focused!"
Still, it would sure feel a lot better if he had one on. He decided it couldn't hurt to get pamped up in the back of the van. After all, they had brought some diapers on the trip to the hospital just in case.
Once he had put his diapers on, he felt much safer and more confident. He could do this. He knew he could. He gave his diapers a pat on the front and pulled his pants up, buckling them securely, then he took a deep breath and got out of the van.
"Here goes nothing," he said to himself, stepping out of the van and walking into the Happy Dayz Adult and Teen Daycare Center. It was intimidating passing under those grand columns. As playful and cartoony as they were, they were still massive and made him feel small. He walked up to the front desk, where the rotund receptionist with a cheerful demeanor sat.
"Um… h-h-hello?"
"Oh, hi there, buddy! Are you checking in or checking someone out?" he said, with a toothy grin.
"Uhm… haha… that's a good one…" said Jessie, weakly. "I'm uh… actually… looking for some friends?"
"Oh, you'll find plenty of friends inside, my good sir. You seem to be unaccompanied though, and very well spoken for one of our special needs attendees," the man mused, leaning forward on his elbow and pressing his pen into his chin. Then he jumped up and slammed his hands on the desk causing Jessie to Jump half a foot. "Oh! How rude of me! I haven't introduced myself. I'm Benjamin. Benjamin Kleinhauser. Some call me Ben. Some call me Kleinhauser. But you can call me whatever you want, little cutie! And what's your name, lil buddy?"
"Uh… W-well," Jessie looked down at his pants and shifted with a crinkle. This man was pushing his buttons and it was very distracting. But he had to stay on track. For his friends. "I-I'm Jessie. UH… Jessievowitch. Jeremie Jessievowitch. It's polish. And I'm not little." No point in giving away his identity at this point - his name or his proclivities.
"Now where have I heard that before?" asked Steinhauser, tapping his pen on his chin, then smiling as if a lightbulb had gone off and pointing the pen at Jessie. "Oh yeah! Just about every other little crinkler that passes through these doors! But don't worry. I won't tell anybody." He gave Jessie a wink that made him blush bright red as he instinctively pulled his shirt down to cover his diaper bulge.
"N-n-no idea w-w-what you're talking about, Ben." He cleared his throat. "Uh… look. I don't know how this conversation got off track, but I'm looking for two friends that got sent here because of brain melter."
The playfulness drained out of the man like a tomato being drained by a vampire bunny. He put his hands to his mouth, looking horrified. "Oh… oh, I'm so sorry." His voice came out soft and quiet. Nothing like the shark Jessie expected to meet. "W-when did it happen?"
"Today," said Jessie, suddenly feeling the weight of what had happened in the past 24 hours. He had been so scared, angry and frustrated, he'd forgotten to feel sad. "T-they smoked it and got all weird and I took them to the hospital a-a-and I fell asleep in the waiting room a-and now I can't find them..." Jessie fought back tears as he put what had happened to words for the first time. His strained sentences coming out almost like questions. "I just want to know that they're safe? That they won't be like this forever and I'll have my friends back?"
"Hey hey hey, little guy, hey, it's ok. Come here…" Steinhauser got out from behind the desk and wrapped Jessie in a big warm hug. Jessie hugged the man back, not caring how it might look to anyone watching. It felt so nice just to have that comfort. "You've been dealing with this all by yourself, haven't you?"
Jessie nodded, still sniffling.
"That must have been very scary."
Jessie nodded again, nuzzling into the big man's chest. For whatever reason, it just felt natural to open up to the man. And so he did.
"You really are just a scared little boy, aren't you? You shouldn't have to go through this alone. Let me see what I can do to help."
Jessie sniffled and nodded, before stepping back and wiping away his tears.
Steinhauser went back behind the desk and hopped on the computer. "Okay, what are your little friends' names? If they were sent here, I can find them!"
"They're… Dane Rogers… and Jeff Bowman."
"Okay… looks like… yes, they're here. To be honest, the file system is such a mess with all of the new intakes that I was afraid I'd have to put out a search party."
Jessie gave a half-hearted laugh, which seemed to brighten up Steinhouser a bit. He felt better too, knowing that he had actually found them.
"Would you… like to see 'em?" asked Steinhauser.
"Could I?!" asked Jessie, feeling grateful that he had someone on his side that could cut through all the red tape.
"Sure as sugar cookies," said the man with a smile. "I can print you out a lil badge and everything. But I warn you that the doctors might not have good news for you… This brain melter problem is… it's pretty bad," he said, putting his hand by his mouth so only Jessie could hear.
"I- I don't care. I'd rather know the truth." he said, sounding braver than he felt.
"Okay, little guy. Hang on. I'm, uh, gonna need your real name though…"
Jessie blushed. "I guess it was a pretty obvious fake, huh? Sorry, it's Jessie. Jessie Heart.
Steinhauser grinned. "That's a cute name! Ok… can I see your ID? Thanks… okay I'm putting you in as a guest. And should that be as a big boy guest, or a little boy guest? If you're a little visitor, I'm sure they'll let you stay and play with your friends for a while…"
Jessie's cock immediately pressed up against his padding at that suggestion. He looked through the windows to see what would in any other situation be a dream come true - big babies in a giant pre-school doing every activity one could imagine. Jessie wasn't here to have fun, but… if it meant he could spend more time with his friends, could it really hurt?"
Jessie blushed and said in a shy voice, "Well, actually… It's little girl…"
"Awwww!" said Steinhauser, curling his hands into little fists and pressing them into his cheeks. "You got it, princess."
