New Hypno File: Magic Binky

And there's always that blushy wetface you get from nukking on your binky; when did that happen? Paci presses are super magical. When a caretaker presses down on your binky, all your big kid thoughts turn off like turning off a light. This file is all you need to make your paci a special magic hypno-paci that makes it easier to fall into trance. Because binkies are magic!
