Weekly Update - March 18th

For those of you who aren't aware, I live in the Southern Hemisphere, close to where a certain tragedy happened this week. Everyone is in mourning, and it really hasn't been a good weekend for writing and creative content. I promise there will be something longer and more interesting next week!
This week in WIPs:
While it can't be considered a WIP any longer, this week I realised I hadn't written a White Day fic (I totally didn't realise it at 6pm on White Day...) so that was my main project for a couple of days. Hopefully you've all checked it out by now, it was super fluffy! I've also started working on a commission piece - so far it's a lot of disjointed scenes that I haven't fit together, but that tends to be the way I write best. Write what's the most vivid or exciting in my head, come back to the rest. That's also why you see a lot of time-skipping in some of my fics.
Goal Updates:
With 8SR concluded and Shiroi uploaded, I've officially met my one-fic-a-month progress. There will be at least one more (on March 25th) so my informal two-a-month potential goal is still on track too.
I'm still not super set on a word goal, but I'm tentatively considering 750k. It seems like a nicer number than 730. I'm still waiting for a number to strike me as "yes I want to do this" like 365k and 520k did, but that's the closest I've come so far.
Although now that I've written that, I'm wondering what 50k a month would feel like. It would only be 600k total, but it does have more purpose to it than an arbitrary number? It also feels like a more natural progression since I went from ~30k a month to ~40k a month the past two years.
I'm actually kind of liking this idea now.
This post is a stream of consciousness I'm literally coming up with this idea as I write it. I think you're all used to that by now.
