Quick Update

Hey everyone, it's been quite a while since the last update! Since it's the end of the month I'd thought I'd do a quick update

Basically, with the first chapter of the story done, I thought it'd be easier to keep the ball rolling. But with all the positive feedback for the first chapter, I've been mulling over my ideas in my head for the second chapter and honestly just feeling kind of indecisive over the whole thing. I'm honestly just a little worried about meeting everyone's standards again because I don't want the series to fall off in quality so soon, so it's been taking me a little longer to actually figure out how I want this to go. I apologize for the wait being longer than you all would probably like, and if you'd like to pause your patronage for the month (or the next, I'm not sure if it's too late for February) I'd completely understand. Regardless, thank you for your continuous support, and I hope I don't let you all down : )

P.S. I've been drawing some extra stuff set in the Debuffed universe during my inner turmoil and if you follow me on twitter you've probably already seen it. Just some extra gay fantasy content in the meanwhile! The orc is actually the brother of Orlok, a future party member : )

Yes, let the story feel right before it goes out into the world. A little extra time usually is very obvious to the quality. If some deadline is looming, that’s what side stories are for.

i haven't read through this comic's panels, but i think it's great to take time off a project and explore other things like you're doing. It might strike inspiration when you least expected it!

I get how scary it is to try to keep up with other people's expectations but really as long as you have fun with it & create something that you like then others will be able to see that even if some may not like it what you like is worth more. Have fun and don't overwork yourself 😊👍

I can understand how paralyzing this must feel to you. It's alright to take your time. But before you worry about what everybody else thinks, make sure it's something that meets your standards first. Staying true to yourself is one of the best ways to maintain quality over your content :)
