Starfire + Hand Update

Drawing is not as easy as it used to be. But with time and a lot of patience, I have found ways to create again, in a limited capacity. Here is a new piece that I did recently based loosely on an older Starfire drawing. Although currently I'm unable to use ink because pens and brushes put too much stress on my hand injury, I instead use the iPad to digitally clean up my pencil work and then outline the figure digitally. I like the result. However the art will probably never look as clean and polished as my earlier work.
I still don't know what the problem is with my hand. I had an MRI scheduled it is ago, and I was about to have it done, but the contorted position they wanted me to lay in was too uncomfortable and I had trouble staying still. The problem with MRIs is that, if you move even a little bit, you ruin the image. So I'm going to try again later this month, only this time I'm going to be medicated, which should help.

I too like this result! It may not be as clean as what we were used to, but the proportions and shading look great to me nonetheless! Thanks for the update, too. Better luck next time!
