I've had a spa in San Myshuno on my list for a while now but it was thanks to my lovely patron Brittany that this actually got done! She suggested a hair salon and thus Myshuno Salon and Spa is here.

Yes, it's saved as a general lot but you can switch it to a spa or restaurant. I think there is even a mod for the hair salon part.
