701 Zenview
Added 2022-05-28 16:23:44 +0000 UTCI renovated 701 Zenview into a modern loft apartment with lots of natural light. You need Ravasheens Elevator mod for the stairs to work. You can get it here.
There are two floors (and two tray files) for this apartment. I recommend using Twisted Mexi's Better Build Buy and having the Deletion protection on while placing this build and reconnecting the walls. Due to a bug, certain items may disappear without having it on. Then turn it off right away.
Windows and front door replaced with TOOL. I have a quick and easy tutorial on my channel on how to do that. I try to keep the windows in similar spots, so you don't have to replace them if you don't want to. But for this one, I recommend replacing them.
