Thunder said one word on the sketch request post: “Primarina” lmao I’ll be damned if I’m not gonna oblige that one! This is supposed to be a SKETCH but I saw some water brushes in Procreate here and I just had to give it a go. Actually came together pretty quick <3
Edit: Made a bunch of little tweaks that I think improve it but most probably won’t even notice lmao.
