2025-03-16 23:58:39 +0000 UTCYEAHHHHHHH that's what I wanted to hear! 🎉🥳 Thank you!! My goal was to reduce the friction needed for someone on phone/tablet to read the story. Then it was simply a matter of choosing portrait vs. landscape as the default for each. I tried a "portrait" version at the start of Joshie with a long strip, but that didn't work very well so I figured to experiment with landscape style. For the workflow: doing it in a strip style so that when it's done, a vertical-scrolling PDF (as opposed to horizontal scrolling here) still functions. Following on from last week: I am finding black and white much nicer to work with 🤔

Are you drawing it in strip style or doing it in a traditional page format then breaking it apart? I love the storytelling here too… very cinematic and the horizontal interface makes it a more thrilling reading experience than having the whole page in front of you… 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
