The fun thing with salads, is the possibilities are endless. Don’t like something, don’t add it, and add in everything you do. My base was a spinach mix. I added bellpeppers and cherry tomatoes with fat free fiesta cheese (Walmart). I browned some turkey and added taco seasonings. I make my own, but you can use a packet. My mom had rice and corn with their dinner, so I threw in a few spoonfuls to my salad. I topped with the bottom of the quest protein chips, taco flavored bag, and taco sauce. I was out of light sour cream or it would’ve made the cut. Beans are also a great food to add. A chipotle sauce would also be great.
