I have gone to a specialist and the doctor says I am dealing with BPPV which is "Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is one of the most common causes of vertigo — the sudden sensation that you're spinning or that the inside of your head is spinning. BPPV causes brief episodes of mild to intense dizziness. It is usually triggered by specific changes in your head's position."
It can't be fixed with any medication, but I have learned a head maneuver to help me with it, if it ever gets bad again! Thank you all for bearing with me ^-^ You are all so amazing!! /HUGS
