Tues (2/19) is my anniversary with Collin (aka maxconners) so I decided to tell the story of one of the hardest things I had to do -- Saying the L word LOL. Growing up at home in an Asian household, expressing emotions and saying "I love you" was rare. I generally never said it to ANYONE, so how could I even say it to this new manz in my life? I am also a person of show and don't tell, I never really cared about saying the L word as long as I felt the other person's love through their actions. In addition to ALL of that, I was also a very guarded person. I really didn't want to show these sides of myself to someone unless if I felt like their position in my life deserved it. But when I think about the strength of the love I have in my other relationships, it made me realize I won't lose any part of myself by saying "I love you," because I was already loved by others and mah damn self. And for those of you wondering...it took me over 1 and a half years to say "I love you" after officially getting together with Collin LMAO. (This aint even about him anymore, it's about me so wtf, happy anniversary to me XDDD)
