BAD DAY -> BEST WORK OUT

Lemme tell ya that a bish always got anxious about almost everything in life, especially throughout my teenage years. I was afraid of embarrassing things happening to me, what people thought of me, and therefore led me to being afraid to putting myself out there / getting out of my comfort zone.

But of course in order to advance in my passions and goals in life, I knew I had to get out of my comfort zone with shit like being more open in conversations, be okay with asking questions even if it made me look dumb, and connecting with other people from all places. I knew that the cost of me getting out of my comfort zone would mean that yeah, there would be times I cringe over what I say, have an awkward moment, or put myself out there when I pitch or present to a large group of people. 

The way I eventually learned to be okay with all that shit I listed above was by incorporating fitness or working out as a part of my life. I'll admit I'm not a morning work out person, I'm more of a night workout person, but it works out because the evening is when AFTER ALL THE SHIT happened in my day for me to really build up any frustration for me to punch, kick, run, etc. out. I like physical workouts that produce the "fight hormones" that make me feel capable of enduring the bad days, and can totally get my mind off past situations. So when the next day comes where I know I'm about to deal with something pressuring, I know that it doesn't have to be a trap I get stuck in. It'll only help my body and brain look hotter XDDDDDD
