Trust in time, especially when time says, "No."

Bless my friend @camilocastro.art for sharing this quote with me because I think it's so damn true. I feel like a lot of us including myself are always in a rush to grow up, hurry onto the next chapter of our lives, or just instantly achieve our ultimate life goal. We forget to enjoy the process whether if it's about the small wins, or setbacks we face.

I feel like the world / society will always make us feel like we're old and running out of time when really, you're never ahead or behind anyone, it's just your own self expectations.

So for the moments in life time tells you, "No," I see it more as, "Not right now," and usually there are reasons for that. If there's something you want in life and if you're putting the effort and learning experience into it, it's just a matter of time for that thing you want to come to you. I remember when I applied to many jobs, and many of them said "No," I explored the various reasons of why I was given a "No," and worked / improved on those areas (pitching boards with more show than tell, watching more films, drawing more loosely etc.) I just kept finding new ways until the day I was given a "Yes," for that chapter of my life.

But ya I guess what I'm trying to ultimately say is to keep doing your thing, be open to exploring alternatives to improvement, and just enjoy that process cuz someday you gonna die and be like damn why didn't I just learn to enjoy anything LMAO. #mondaymotivation
