I just find it funny how a lot of people Iโ€™ve worked with noticed I tend to be a morning person, which contributed to my disciplined, productive persona. Little did they know my reasons for waking up isnโ€™t because Iโ€™m up to hustle and grindโ€ฆitโ€™s bc I have to peeeee ๐Ÿ˜ญ It also doesnโ€™t help that I am so vulnerable to UTIs LOL. Once I sit on the toilet, all my braincells seem to immediately get to work and run through the list of to-doโ€™s without my consent. Then my heart begins to race and I suddenly struggle to go back to sleep ๐Ÿ™ƒ. Honestly for the past two years I became a more normal person and would wake up around 7am, but as of recently, with all that has been happening in my life, itโ€™s been difficult for me to stay asleep after waking up. I have no problem falling asleep at night, itโ€™s just that once I wake up I canโ€™t go back. Iโ€™m definitely working on it though and trying to relax more before bedtime, but for the meantime Iโ€™ll take the compliments ๐Ÿ’‡๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป

Yeah the irony when you're afraid to sleep through your alarm when your body already naturally wakes up before your alarm x'D

Yeah I have that same problem sometimes. Itโ€™s even worse when I do have to get up early, my mind is so paranoid about me sleeping through my alarm I get up like three hours before it goes off.

Ahh how interesting, I have the opposite problem where WFH actually kinda helped it xD I hope that you're able to feel more at rest before sleeping in the future tho!

Haha sadly my anxieties tend to just keep me up at night, assuring I can't get up in time. It's been even worse since working from home...
