"If you don't pick a day to relax, your body will pick it for you." Post graduation was definitely one of my peak workaholic phases in life. It felt like there was just so much to prove as a newly graduated student entering the workforce. You had to do anything in your power to avoid rejection and unemployment. Any moment taking a break felt like a moment wasted progressing towards your goals. In the end, it only hurts you when you burn out and are forced to take a break at the most inconvenient time. In no way am I saying productivity is bad, it's definitely a helpful stabilizer in my life in healthy doses, but I'm also aware of how addicting it can be.
