Will State Farm Sponsor Chris Paul's NBA Finals?
Added 2021-07-01 10:15:24 +0000 UTCWe just saw Chris Paul overcome his post season 3-1 follies as a Clipper in the past by beating the Clippers in Los Angeles as a Phoenix Sun to advance into his first ever NBA Finals for his career.
Chris Paul has a close relationship with State Farm as a sponsor appearing in several commercial campaigns' for them over the years. The Atlanta Hawks arena is currently called "State Farm Arena" and it would be rather coincidental if Suns face the Hawks in the NBA Finals.
Suns have yet to win their final game in any of the 3 series at home so far this post season, (beating Lakers in Los Angeles, beating Nuggets in Denver, beating Clippers in Los Angeles), and if the Hawks overcome the Bucks, we may see Chris Paul win an NBA Finals ring inside "State Farm Arena" in Atlanta.
It seems far fetched but my 2nd benchmark for the Suns is still in tact, "Phoenix Suns" = 164, and Suns can become 16-4 for a post season record this season with 4 more wins and 0 losses.
Of course my 1st benchmark for Suns didn't work out, "Suns" = 10 & 35, and Suns did not become 35-10 at home, closes they got was 33-10, just two wins shy.
